Asma Siddiqui, M.D.

Asma Siddiqui, M.D. is a board-certified pain medicine and rehabilitation physician. She graduated from Spartan Health Sciences University in 1998 and concluded her intern year in internal medicine at Catholic Medical Center in Queens, New York in 1999 before completing her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York in 2002.

Dr. Siddiqui brings more than 20 years of practice as a physiatrist. She was the medical director of Garden State Spine and Pain Institute for three years before transitioning to president of Innovative Pain Care Center from 2007 to 2014 and then president of Pain Center NJ from 2014 to 2022.

Dr. Siddiqui specializes in nerve conduction studies and EMG testing as well as trigger point injections, intra-articular injections and integrative pain management. She provides expertise in work injury and personal injury cases as well as acupuncture, IV infusion therapy and spinal injections. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the Spine Intervention Society. Her knowledge and expertise make her an excellent addition to the Jaffe Sports Medicine team.
