A board certified orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty fellowship training in sports medicine, Dr. Johnson’s focus is on minimally invasive techniques and treatments for shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow, wrist, and hip injuries. Dr. Johnson brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience treating world class athletes that he carries into his practice at Jaffe; having served as an assistant team physician for multiple professional teams including the PGA, Pittsburgh Pirates, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Anaheim Angels, Anaheim Ducks, and Los Angeles Sparks. Dr. Johnson currently provides orthopedic treatment and coverage for the PGA and has been the covering orthopedic surgeon for the WGC Invitational every year since 2011. He also provides orthopedic coverage for the OHSAA Football State Championships and has extensive experience serving as team physician for multiple high schools. He is active in orthopedic societies and has published papers in peer reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Sports of Medicine and has presented nationally as well at the annual Sports Medicine Academy. He serves as a consultant for multiple orthopedic companies where he works on developing new products, treatments, and surgical techniques. He also gives lectures nationally to educate other surgeons on the newest techniques and treatments and is currently pioneering the field of orthobiologics.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Johnson enjoys golfing, pickleball, college football, travel, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Chikeluba “Chike” Madu is board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Miami. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Trinity College in Connecticut, where he also played football.
Dr. Madu specializes in image-guided interventional procedures to relieve pain of the spine and peripheral joints. His treatments include nerve blocks and ablations, joint injections, peripheral nerve and spinal cord stimulation, and other minimally invasive procedures for chronic pain.
In his free time, Dr. Madu enjoys traveling, both domestically and internationally, and spending quality time with friends and family while engaging in various sports. He is also an avid fan of IndyCar and Formula 1 racing.

Dr. Stephen Friedman specializes in managing acute and chronic pain, including neuropathic pain, postherpetic neuralgia, shingles-related pain, and facial pain. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School. After completing his anesthesia residency at Tulane, he completed a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Southern California. He also pursued additional advanced training in the United Kingdom.
From 1993 to 1996, Dr. Friedman worked as the Director of Cancer Pain Services at The Pain Consortium of Greater Kansas City. From 1996 to 1997, he practiced at the North Georgia Pain Clinics before transitioning to the Center of Naples at Naples Day Surgery, where he served patients from 1997 to 2017.

Dr. Raed Hattab is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine with over 20 years of experience. He completed a Pain Medicine Fellowship at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida, and specializes in advanced interventional procedures, including spinal cord stimulation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression, and kyphoplasty.
Dr. Hattab has practiced in leading clinics across Florida, New Jersey, and New York, where he has treated patients with spinal disorders, joint pain, and complex pain conditions. A graduate of Sind Medical College, he completed his residency at NYU’s Rusk Institute and currently holds active medical licenses in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.

Kayla Sharp is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to helping patients overcome pain and return to the activities they love. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, and her Master of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in Miami, FL.
At the clinic, Kayla treats a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, providing individualized and compassionate care. She works closely with each patient to create treatment plans that fit their unique goals and lifestyles, and she believes that understanding one’s condition is an important step toward recovery and long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Kayla stays active through resistance training and outdoor activities such as tennis, pickleball, kayaking, and rollerblading.
She also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her friends and family.
